By means of instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner is seeking enforcement of an order of temporary injunction by the Civil Court in Original Suit No. 169 of 2015 between private respondents and the petitioner herein. 2. We are of the considered opinion that the petitioner has remedy available to him before trial court under Order 39 Rule 2A CPC. 3. We, therefore, decline to issue any mandamus and leave it open to the petitioner to avail the said remedy or such other remedy, as may be available. 4. The petition stands disposed of. (R.M.N.
