2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 326, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 14-08-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55361 of 2024 with observation that the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after completion of six months under custody.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have completed 11 months in judicial custody.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the informant and the State have opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024.
