(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.401 dated 19.10.2024, registered under Sections 13(1) and 13(3), 17 of HGSGS Act, at Police Station Sadar Nuh, District Nuh, Mewat. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and file an appropriate application for bail and the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the same in a time bound manner. Allowed to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of seven days from today and files a petition for bail, then the trial Court would decide the same, in accordance with law, within a period of seven days from its filing.
