The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus to respondents to produce the corpus petitioner no. 1 (Aliya Khatoon Shafiq Ahmed Shaikh) before this Hon'ble Court for recording her statement to secure the life and personal liberty of the corpus, who is illegally detained in Shafiq Ahmed Shaikh/respondent no. 4 against her wishes. On the basis of the instructions received by learned A.G.A. for the State, petitioner No. 2, Satti Lal is already a married person and has two young daughters and has no valid reason to seek the custody of the corpus. The corpus is residing with respondent No. 4 Shafiq Ahmed Shaikh (father of corpus) and has not been illegally detained.
