Office had raised objection with regard to the maintainability of the writ petition in view of Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act. As the writ petition is not maintainable against the final order, the office objection is sustained. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to file the appropriate petition within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
