No. 1037 of 2025 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER This petition filed for the direction directing the 2nd respondent to defreeze the petitioner's account namely A/c.No.912010053579477 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.The petitioner is holding an account with the 2nd respondent in A/c.No.912010053579477. While being so, the 1st respondent registered an FIR in Crime No.1 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Section 465, 468, 472, 511 of IPC as against the petitioner and other accused person, alleging that the petitioner along with other accused fabricated fake degree certificates and sold the same to various persons for a huge sum. Thereby, the petitioner and other accused cheated the victims to the tune of Rs.1,65,00,000/-. 3.On instructions of the 1st respondent, the 2nd respondent had frozen the petitioner's account and did not permit the petitioner to operate his account on the ground that the crime proceeds had been transferred to the petitioner’s account. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent stated that the petitioner is ranked as A3 in Crime No.1 of 2024.
