The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking protection from the police against threat to their life and property. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, states that on police verification, it's revealed that the petitioners have filed the instant petition with incorrect facts, and by concealing the actual information that the petitioner no. 1 has already married and this fact has not been disclosed in the instant petition, therefore, the instant petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.
