The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 15.03.2022 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 10323 of 2021. 3. I have perused the order of Writ Court dated 15.03.2021. From the perusal of same, it is apparent that case was last heard on 24.10.2024 and on the said date, stay was not extended. 4. Under such facts of the case, there is no wilful disobedience of the order of writ Court. 5. Accordingly, no contempt is made out. The contempt application fails and is hereby dismissed.
