The direction sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition already considered and the petitioner has been granted police protection for a period of ten months (i.e., till the election). However, he lost in the election. 3. Now, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submits that petitioner is not facing any threat at the hands of anybody.
