The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.14, dated 23.04.2024, under Sections 408, 120-B, 201, 467, 468 & 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station Punjab State Crime, SAS Nagar, Mohali. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 23.08.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
