The respondent had preferred a suit for dissolution of marriage, and the same was decreed on 04.03.2020. It is also stated in the application that the appellant and the respondent have mutually resolved their dispute and the respondent has to pay Rupees Twelve Lakh as permanent alimony to the appellant. 1 2025:UHC:1132-DB 2.
