This is a petition for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance and willful disobedience of the order and judgment dated 28th September, 2022, passed by this Court in LPA No. 190/2022, whereby the Division Bench of this Court had passed a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the appellants in tune with the scheme of law. 02. On being put on notice, learned counsel for the respondents have filed compliance report and have also place on record the copy of the Government Order No. 160- JK (HUDD)-2025 dated 13th June, 2025, a perusal whereof indicates that the representation of the appellants have been Arif Hameed I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 01.08.2025 considered in the light of relevant provisions of law and has been found devoid of merit. 03.
