Mahantesh Shettar, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2. In this writ petition the petitioner is assailing the notice dated 10.03.2021 (Annexure-A) issued by the respondent-authorities against the petitioners. 3. On perusal of the writ petition, it would indicate that the cognizance has been taken by the respondent- authorities and the same is pending for consideration before the competent Court in C.C.No.16799/2021 (Annexure-B). - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52242 WP No. 2927 of 2022 4. In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that, no further orders are required to be made with regard to issuance of the notice at Annexure-A. Since, the cognizance has been taken in C.C.No.16799/2021 which is already registered before the competent Court. 5. Hence, reserving liberty to challenge the proceedings as shown at Annexure-B to the writ petition, no further orders have to be made in this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
