Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5 on written instructions would submit that respondent No.5 never disconnected the electricity supply to the subject property and they did not receive any application, for disconnection of electricity supply to the subject property. 3. In the light of the submission made by learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5, this Court is of the considered opinion that nothing remains in the present Writ Petition, for further adjudication. 4.
