This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings, including summoning order dated 13.03.2024, of Complaint Case No. 3703 of 2020 (Vishram Singh Vs. Arvind and Others), under Sections 307, 447, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Jasrathpur, District Etah, pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) / Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 22, Etah. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel counsel for the applicants submits that the prayer made above is not being pressed and that applicants are willing to appear before the Court concerned and a direction may be issued to decide the bail application expeditiously in accordance with law and protection may be granted till then. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicants appear / surrender before the Court concerned within a period of three weeks from today and apply for bail, their bail applications shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. For a period of three weeks from today or till the applicants appear / surrender before the court below, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the aforesaid case 5.
