1. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2. Further to the order of this Court dated 12.11.2025, the learned counsel for the State has placed the instructions of the IIC, Kakatpur P.S., wherein it is disclosed that on the basis of the Zero FIR lodged by the Petitioner before the IIC, Kakatpur P.S. registered vide Kakatpur P.S. Zero FIR No.002 of 2025 dated 16.05.2025 under Section 103 BNS has since been transferred to Ramamurthy Nagar P.S. Bengaluru City in the State of Karnataka for the investigation on the point of P.S. Jurisdiction, since the cause of action arose in the aforesaid P.S.
3. Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in connection with the matter, a representation has been made before the Secretary Department of Home, Loka
Seva Bhaban, Bhubaneswar praying to conduct an independent investigation/enquiry by the Crime Branch into the unnatural death of the daughter of the Petitioner and apprehension of the prime accused. The representation has been sent by post and Mr. Das, the learned counsel subscribes the postal receipt in token of the submission of the representation.

In view of the above, in the event, the representation is before the concerned authority i.e. the Opposite Party No.1, the same be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of filing of the certified copy of this order and communicated the result thereof to the Petitioner two weeks thereafter or earlier, if any .
5. The CRLMP stands disposed of accordingly.
