The learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants submits that the first appellant viz., Sarathy Hotels (P) Limited has now been struck off, second appellant V.Parthasarathy also passed away, which has necessitated the filing of the present petition to accept the cause title indicating third plaintiff and fourth plaintiff alone are the parties to the suit. 3. Considering the submissions made and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, this petition is ordered as prayed for. 4.
