Order on Board 06/02/2025
1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside/quash the impugned order dated 27.01.2025 (ANNEXURE-P/1), whereby the petitioner has been directed to discharge additional duty (work) at Outline Dispensary Khisora, Block Baloda, District Janjgir Chapma, in the interest of the justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to take duty with the petitioner at his original posting place at Outline Dispensary Budgahan Block Baloda, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), in the interest of the justice. 10.3 That, any other relief which the Hon'ble Court may deemed fit and proper also be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is challenging the order dated 27.01.2025 issued by the respondent No. 3, whereby the petitioner has been directed to discharging the additional duty (work) at Outline Dispensary Khisora, Block
3 Baloda, District Janjgir Chapma, whereby the petitioner is original posted at Outline Dispensary Budgahan, Block Baloda, and between both the outline dispensary distance is 25 KM, and petitioner is low paid Class-IV employee and the petitioner has
directed to discharge his work in a week 3 days i.e. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at outline dispensary Khisora, and other day at his original posting place at outline dispensary Budgahan, which is as a punishment with the petitioner and also shows like attachment, but petitioner who is a class-IV employee he suffered with financially, physically and will be loss of his time.
3. On the other hand learned counsel for the State opposes the same.
4. Petitioner is directed to file a representation raising his all grievances before the concerned authorities, and, in turn the concerned authorities are directed to decide the representation in a pragmatic manner.
5. With this observation and direction, the writ petition stands
