The instant Cr.M.P. has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for extension of time/modification of the order dated 23.10.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 2875 of 2024.
2. Submission has been made on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners haves been admitted to anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No. 2875 of 2024 vide order dated 23.10.2024 and this Court directed petitioners to surrender before court concerned within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of aforesaid order, but petitioners could not surrender before court concerned, as the grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners has not been communicated to them by their counsel.
3. Such submission has been made in presence of Mr. V.S. Sahay, learned A.P.P. appearing for the State.
4. This Court is not very much convinced with the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners. However, for ends of justice, this Court is inclined to extend the period of surrender of the

petitioners for seven working days from today. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to surrender before the court concerned within seven working days from today and remaining part of the order dated 23.10.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 2875 of 2024 shall remain intact.
5. Let this order be treated as a part and parcel of the order dated 23.10.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 2875 of 2024.
6. Accordingly, Cr.M.P. No. 584 of 2025 is disposed of.
7. Let a copy of this order be sent through fax to the court concerned immediately.
