Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present Cr.M.P, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court below and to furnish bail bond in terms with paragraph no.4 of the order dated 5th December, 2024 passed in A.B.A. No.7391 of 2024 is extended till 4th April, 2025. 3.
