Advocate(crl.side) for R1 ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.102 of 2025 registered under Sections 87 of BNS r/w.7, 8 of POCSO Act 2012. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the 2 nd respondent/defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioners, arrayed as A1 to A4, alleging that they kidnapped the daughter of the defacto complainant, compelled her to marry the first petitioner/A1 and that A1 had committed sexual assault upon her.
