This application under Section 529 of BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Complaint Case No.642 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 392, 427, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Sheohara, District Bijnor pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor expeditiously within the stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that in the aforesaid complaint case statement under Section 200 CrPC is to be recorded but the Court concerned is not taking proper interest to record the same and only dates are being fixed in the matter. 4. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 5. In view of the above, the Court concerned is directed to record the statement of the complainant under Section 200 CrPC within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it and thereafter proceed with the case in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment. 6.
