JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A. PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 07.08.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.20449/2024. The relevant portion of the order reads as under: "3. Therefore, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the complaint filed by the petitioner on 5.7.2024, as per Annexure-A, in the context of the judgment - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45146-DB CCC No. 1007 of 2024 in Lalita Kumari (supra), and to take appropriate action within one week from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order." 2. The respondents-accused has filed an affidavit. Along with the affidavit, a copy of the endorsement dated 27.09.2024 is enclosed. 3. A perusal of the said endorsement indicates that there is compliance of the order of the learned Single Judge. It is needless to observe that the complainant can challenge the said endorsement or take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 4.
