A joint memo is filed by the parties in the present civil revision petition, signed by them and their respective counsels along with a compromise petition to be filed in O.S.No.2733/2016, signed by the parties and their respective counsels to be accepted by the Trial Court. 3. Since records of the Trial Court in O.S.No.2733/2016 is before this Court, the compromise petition signed by the parties to be filed in the said suit is ordered to be sent to the trial Court along with the trial Court records for acceptance and disposal of the suit in terms of the compromise petition. 4. The joint memo is filed before this court which reads as under: “The Petitioner/defendant in O.S.No.2733/2016 and the respondent/plaintiff in O.S.No.2733/2016, place on - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44177 CRP No. 219 of 2016 record the Memorandum of Compromise Petition to be filed in the Original Suit. This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to place Compromise Petition on record, and the CRP may kindly be disposed of, in view of the Compromise Petition. This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to transmit the trial court records along with the Compromise petition, with a direction to take the Compromise petition on record in the Suit and, the suit be decreed in terms of the Compromise Petition, by making it part of the decree.” 5. Placing the joint memo on record, present civil revision petition stands disposed of. 6. Pursuant to the joint memo, parties shall appear before the trial court without further notice on 20.11.2025 and make necessary submissions before the trial Court for acceptance of the compromise petition which is being sent by this Court along with the trial Court records. 7.
