The allegations arise out of a dispute between the petitioners regarding the parking of a vehicle. In view of the embargo under the said Act, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to appear before the Court below, surrender, and seek bail.
