ORAL ORDER
The petitioners are before this court seeking the following prayers:
"a) Issue a writ, order or direction directing the court of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Magadi to dispose of R.A.No.62/2019 for the earliest as per ANNEXURE-E.
b) ISSUE any other writ, order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, including the cost of the writ petition, in the interest of justice and equity."

2. Heard Sri.N.S.Bhat, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and have perused the material on record.
3. It is the case of the petitioners that the First Appellate Court in R.A.No.62/2019 is not proceeding further in the matter and has gone on granting adjournments without any rhyme or reason.
4. In the light of the suit being of the year 2003 and the proceedings before the First Appellate Court of the year 2019, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality into the proceedings with a direction to the concerned Court to dispose the appeal in R.A.No.62/2019 within an outer limit of six months if not earlier. Ordered accordingly and Writ Petition is disposed.
