While being so, on instructions of the respondents 2 to 4 the sixth respondent have frozen the petitioner’s Account No.109655349999. Therefore, in view of the above the sixth respondent is directed to mark a lien over the petitioner's account to the tune of Rs.75,712.72/- and permit the petitioner to operate his account in respect of remaining amount, if any. 3.
