By consent of the learned Counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is heard finally. 2. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner inter-alia seeks to quash and set aside the communication dated 9/12/2013, issued by the Superintendent, Pay & P.F. Unit, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli and not to act upon the impugned communication. 3. In this Petition, the Petitioners seek a declaration that the old pension scheme is applicable to them. In addition, the Petitioners have sought quashment of the communication dated 9/12/2013, issued by the Superintendent, Pay & P.F. Unit, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli. Writ Petition No.1999/2014 :: 4 :: 4. The learned Counsel for the parties jointly submitted that, the issue involved in the instant Petition has been answered by a Full Bench of this Court in the case of Deshmukh Dilipkumar Bhagwan & Ors. Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors. (Writ Petition No.8387/2013), decided on 26/8/2019. 5. In view of the aforesaid decision of the Full Bench, the irresistible conclusion is that the old pension scheme is not applicable to the petitioners.
