Present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.65 dated 16.05.2022 under Sections 448 & 452 of IPC, registered at Police Station Bajghera, District Gurugram and all subsequent proceedings arising thereto, on the basis of compromise dated 02.07.2024 (Annexure P-2). 2. The case has been called thrice, however, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has submitted that in all there are 11 accused, however, present petition has been filed only by 04 of the accused and thus, the present petition has been filed on the basis of partial compromise. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. However, petitioners would be at liberty to avail their remedies as available to them under the law.
