At the outset, Mr. Pitre, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions of Petitioner No.1D - Pravin Bhagawatilal Mehta, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. He states that the said instructions are given on behalf of all the Petitioners. Mr. Pitre, learned Counsel, further states that some time be granted for deposit of the arrears. 2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. 3. However, the Petitioners are granted four months’ time to deposit the arrears. The Petitioners shall deposit Rs.20,000/- per month before the Appellate Court on or before the 10 day of each month.
