1. The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order of this Court dated 17.01.2025 passed by this court in WPS No. 456 of 2025. Vide order dated 17.01.2025, this Court has passed the following
order/direction:-
“Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the
2 fact that in mid-session, petitioner has been transferred and children of the petitioner are studying in Class X and XII, purely as an interim measure, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 08.01.2025 in respect of petitioner shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing. List the case in the week commencing 24.03.2025.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that respondent no. 3 has issued order dated 30.01.2025 and the same has been forwarded to the other respondents, which is deliberate non-compliance of the order of this court. Now the respondent no. 4 who is originally posted at veterinary hospital, Bilaspur has given in-charge to the post of the present petitioner, even clear stayed order has been passed by this court in favor of the petitioner and in impugned transfer
order dated 08.01.2025 the effect and operation in respect of the petitioner has granted till the next date of hearing therefore, after transfer order dated 08.01.2025 all administrative proceeding in subsequent to the transfer order have well knew by the respondents but deliberately in disobedience of the order of this court. Hence he pleads to punish the contemnors in accordance with law for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court.
3. Per contra, learned counsel for the state contended that there remains no willful disobedience of the order of this Court.
