Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the filing of the present petition, certain benefits have been given to the petitioner qua the increment but the same has not been granted keeping in view the entitlement of the petitioner, which is causing prejudice and even the interest has not been given, hence, the petitioner intends to file a representation with the respondent to claim the said benefit and the respondent may be directed to decide the said representation in a time bound manner, by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, any issue is raised by the petitioner by filing a representation, the same will be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of any such claim and the same will be examined and in case, it is found that the NISHA 2025.05.05 10.05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-18473-2023 -2- petitioner is entitled for the relief claimed in the representation, the same will be granted otherwise due reason will be mentioned in the speaking order for not accepting the claim of the petitioner, which reason will also be conveyed to the petitioner for her information.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court again in case, he is still aggrieved in any manner.
