Case No. 143 of 2024, Corresponding to POCSO Case No. 21 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 363, 366A I.P.C. and later on charge was framed under sections 363, 366-A of the I.P.C. and Sections 4, 6 r/w 5(1) of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Seraikella-Kharsawan. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away 13 years old daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship. Statement of the victim has been recorded under section 183 of the B.N.S.S. in which she has stated that due to torture meted out by her parents, she has forced the petitioner to take her away from her home. She has not stated that she was subjected to any sexual atrocity. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Seraikella-Kharsawan in connection with Adityapur P.S.
