We have taken up the matter in chamber and heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. The applicant herein – Gitaben D. Gupta is present. The corpus – R/SCR.A/5791/2025 ORDER DATED: 09/05/2025 Monicaben is also present. Upon interaction, it emerges that the respondent No.5 – Sanju is aged 19 years. 3. Considering the interest of corpus – Monicaben, her mother i.e. the applicant herein has filed an affidavit dated 9.5.2025 to the effect that the family will take due care of Monicaben. She also states that Monicaben will not be forced into marriage against her choice or wishes. 4. This Court also requested Monicaben to reside with the family upon the undertaking in form of affidavit filed by the applicant herein – Gitaben D. Gupta. 5. It is kept open for the corpus – Monicaben, since she is major either to join her family i.e. the applicant herein. 6. In view of above, the present application stands disposed of. (VAIBHAVI D.
