This application u/s 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS') has been preferred against Non- bailable Warrant order dated 17.03.2025, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.14, Prayagraj in S.T. No.2204 of 2024 (State vs. Mohd. Javed and others), arising out of Case Crime No.115 of 2017, under Sections 323, 504, 308 IPC, P.S.- Saraimamrej, District- Prayagraj. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer made above is not being pressed and the applicant may be permitted to move an application for cancellation of warrants / for bail before the court concerned and interim protection may be granted till then. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant surrenders before the court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and applies for cancellation of warrants or for bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. For a period of two weeks from today or till the applicant surrenders before the court concerned, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in the aforesaid case. 5.
