Deka, the learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State respondent. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Page No.# 2/2 Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 for granting pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in connection with Rangia P.S. Case No. 25/2025 under Sections 303(2) of the BNSS. 3. Case Diary received. Perused the same. Heard both sides. 4. It is submitted by Mr. Deka that the present accused/petitioner has also appeared before the Investigating Officer and co-operated with the investigation after obtaining the order of interim pre-arrest bail dated 24.02.2025. 5. Mr. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted in this regard that the petitioner is cooperating with the investigation of the case. 6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels for both sides, the materials available in the Case Diary and the conduct of the present petitioner and other aspects of the case, I find that custodial interrogation may not be necessary in the instant case and accordingly the interim order dated 24.02.2025 is hereby made absolute and extended the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner in terms of the above conditions.
