VAKA KRANTHI SRI 4 The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioners seeking the following relief: “to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to set aside Circular Rc.No.548/Budget/APKGBV/Training/2013/14, dated 20.06.2013 of the 1st respondent in so far as the post of Accountant is concerned by declaring the same as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of Constitution of India apart from violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioners as Accountant in the respective Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas and pass...” 2. Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri V. Aidinarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for the respondents submit that in view of subsequent events taken place in the lis and more particularly as the petitioners are continuing their service in the same cadre, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. 3. Recording the submissions made by both the counsel, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
