Afzal Hussain, learned advocate, holding the brief, appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, prayer of his client is for direction upon the supply company to give domestic electric connection in her place of residence. 2. Mr. Anubhav Chandra, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. 3. Mr. Pranjal Mehrotra, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.3 to 5 (the supply company). He submits, earlier petitioner's husband had applied for connection in the same premises. He moved this Court by Writ-C no.37241 of 2024 (Virendra Kumar Tiwari Vs. Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. and 2 others), disposed of by coordinate Bench on order dated 16th April, 2025. Following directions in said order, petitioner's husband was given estimate for obtaining the connection. Instead of complying, petitioner is now before Court asking for the same thing. 4. In reply Mr. Mohd Afzal Hussain submits, the estimate is exorbitant. He draws the attention to a photograph disclosed at page 31 and submits, the pole is hardly 100 meters away from his client's house. 5. Dispute against an estimate cannot be resolved by applying afresh. Petitioner or her husband may take up the matter of exorbitant estimate with concerned authority, the supply company. 6.
