The petitioner is holding Account No.33546178319 with the first respondent bank. While being so, on instructions issued by the Cyber Cell, Crime Branch, Commissionerate, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, the account of the petitioner has been frozen by the first respondent. Accordingly, a sum of Rs.4,20,000/- was transferred to the petitioner’s account. 3.
