Pursuant to order dated 30.07.2025, Khursheed Ahmad, Additional Inspector, Police Station Ghatampur, Commissionerate of Police, Kanpur Nagar-opposite party no. 1, Dhananjay Kumar Pandey, Station House Officer, Police Station Ghatampur, Commissionerate of Police, Kanpur Nagar-opposite party no. 2 and Akhil Kumar, Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate of Police, Kanpur Nagar- opposite party no. 3 are present before the Court and have filed their affidavits, which are taken on record. 4. Based upon affidavit, learned Standing Counsel submitted that now the order of Writ Cout has been complied with and proceeding has been dropped, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the applicants. 5. Under such facts of the case, no further orders are required to be passed. 6. The contempt application is disposed of. 7. Notices are discharged. 8. Let the file be consigned to record. 9.
