Learned Advocate for the Plaintiff has tendered the Af>davit of compliance, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identi>cation with today's date. 5. It is clari>ed that the parties have withdrawn all allegations against each other as recorded in the Consent Terms and in the Af>davit of compliance. The parties will abide by the terms and undertakings contained in the Consent Terms, which are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 6.
