This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has made the following prayers:- "I. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 08.05.2025 issued by the respondent no.5 i.e., Assistant Agriculture Director, Sambhal through the letter no. 217 (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition). II. Issue any writ order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the instant case." 3. After perusal of the documents, we direct the petitioner to file objections to the impugned notice dated May 8, 2025 within four weeks from date. If such a reply is filed by the petitioner within time, the authority concerned is directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order in accordance with law. 4. No coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner till the final order is passed by the authority concerned. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
