JUSTICE MRIDUL KUMAR KALITA ORDER 06.06.2025 1. Heard Mr. B. Chanda, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid bearing charge sheet No. 56/2025 dated 29.04.2025. 2. As the charge sheet has been laid in this case, and as the petitioner No. 3, who is on the interim bail, has co-operated in the investigation, his interim bail is herby mad absolute, as regards the other petitioners are concerned, in view of the laying of the charge sheet, their prayer for anticipatory bail has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.
