JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 5 22-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 96 of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of taking away three girls with him to Chandigarh in the name of providing job. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is also in relation with one of the girls who were taken away to Chandigarh and there is no ill motive of the petitioner in the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73962 of 2024(5) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 same. He also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 9.7.2024. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Saran at Chhapra/concerned Court below in connection with Panapur P.S.
