Heard, the learned counsel on either side and perused, all the materials placed before this Court. 3. On perusal of records, it is revealed that the petitioner filed petition for return of cash of Rs.13,61,710/- and the same was allowed with certain conditions. It is seen that one of the conditions has been “the petitioner should execute a bond for Rs.14,00,000/-(Rupees Fourteen Lakhs only) along with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of this Court”. However, since the petitioner is one of the victims, this Court is inclined to delete the condition. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered that the condition i.e.“the petitioner should execute a bond for Rs.14,00,000/-(Rupees Fourteen Lakhs only) along with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of this Court” imposed in the judgment dated 04.04.2025 passed in Crl.MP.no.841 of 2025 in CSR.No.20 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpet, stands deleted.
