Learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection for allowing this Application. 3. The Application mentions that the Central Government vide Notification No. G.S.R. 63(E) dated 28.01.2022 has constituted a new Board of the Major Port Authority as per Section 3(1) of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 and the Board vide Resolution No. 19 dated 19.02.2022 has resolved to change the nomenclature from 'Mormugao Port Trust' to 'Mormugao Port Authority'. 4. Considering that this is just a change in the name of the original Appellant, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. Amendment shall be carried out within two weeks from today. 5. The Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of. 6. Appeal Under Arbitration No. 19 of 2019 shall proceed in due course. SARANG V.
