Present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.68 dated 18.03.2019 under Sections 323, 341, 506, 307, 120-B of IPC (wrongly mentioned as BNS) and Section 25, 54, 59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Lakhan Majra, Rohtak. 2. By virtue of the order dated 15.07.2025, the petitioner was directed to be released on interim bail on his appearance before the trial Court. 3. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been admitted to interim bail. He submits that as he is continuously appearing before the trial Court, so the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel has endorsed the same. 5. In view of the above, the order dated 15.07.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner will keep on appearing continuously before the trial Court during the trial. 6. The petition stands allowed.
