This petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 5 and Respondents 5 and 6 in the above Second Appeal. 2. Mr.S.M.S.Shriram Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents 2 and 3 did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.
