Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief: " 1. Pass an order or direction directing the court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) west Ballia Distrct- Ballia, to decide the Original Suit no. 631 of 2006 i.e. Shashikala yadav vs. Dhanraj and others pending since 10.08.2006 as expeditiously as possible otherwise the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. From perusal of the petition, it appears that the petitioner has approached this Court earlier also for the same relief by filing Matter Under Article 227 No. 4748 of 2015 and Matter Under Article 227 No. 8156 of 2017, which were disposed of by this Court vide orders dated 02.09.2015 and 06.12.2017. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 rule second writ petition on the same facts is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
