---- 05/04.04.2025 This petition has been filed for restoration of M.A. No.26 of 2019 to its original file which has been dismissed for default on 28.02.2020 for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 31.01.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the counsel for the petitioners was not keeping well and in between the time the defects have not been removed and now the defects have already been removed.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 – Insurance Company is present.

Considering that M.A. No.26 of 2019 only at the initial stage by way of peremptory order the said was dismissed and notice have not been issued upon the respondents and further considering that sufficient cause is made out to restore the said M.A., as such M.A. No.26 of 2019 is hereby restored to its original filed.
5. This petition is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
